This Calvados results from the blend of different Calvados between eight and fifteen years of age.

At first, it is stored in new oak barrels and then, it matures in older (small) oak barrels which will give the calvados its fullness ant its smoothness.

This Calvados matures in old small oak barrels.
It is a blend based on a 15 years old with older qualities (between 15 and 20 years of age).
The wood gives its beautiful amber and copper colour.

It leaves a great and a long lasting taste in the mouth.
